Volt Flare

Volt Flare is a summon ability not learnable by humans, specific to the Spark Drake as summoned by the Tarzuse spell. Volt Flare is a powerful beam of electric manifestation that is blasted out from the sharp ears of the drake downward to the target, zapping them instantly with a durational beam of heavy energy concentration that has an ultimate effect on the human body and a powerful power level conversion from just little MP levels. The beam does not look like an ordinary Lightning Strike arc of electricity, but rather a bright and glowing beam of bright blue magic with spiraling electricity surging around the edge of this beam. The attack is basically unavoidable since it hits over a wider area with high accuracy and an ultimate power level.
