Mechanics & Inner Workings
The binding pattern of vita holds the spiritual entity in place and restricts its movements. Any spiritual being can be contained within, but the binding can be reenforced by adding the true name to the binding. The object also acts as a shield, protecting any stray vita from entering or contained vita from being dispersed by running water or sun light.
Manufacturing process
Begin by carving a cavity into an object. Or use one with a natural cavity such as a lamp, skull, or bowl. Carve the pattern of a binding into the object in the shape of a triangle. Paint the pattern with vital infused ink. Varnish the entirety with wax from a greater beast. Socket garnet, opal, and jade at the triangle's points. Finally sanctify upon a blessed altar.
