History

The city of Birodrov's first iteration is believed to have been as the capital of the Kingdom of the Kul'Tura, referred to in Elven records as Kul'Turan. It is believed that the region remained settled until the conquest of the region by the Elves. Previously know as Gilda Mon (Gilded Moon) in Elven, the City was formed in 2150EA by the House of Alaria and was part of the Kingdom of Lorintha.
During The Novayan Campaign (Human Rebellion) of The Human Rebellion, the city was taken by Ovidius Alneto, who infiltrated the city with battle hardened veteran's of the 2nd Legion dressed in Lorinthan plate. They slew the guards and opened the city gates to the rest of the legion. The city fell in hours and with minimal bloodshed.
Following the collapse of The Imperial League, Dimion Draganovak declared himself Tsar of Kul'Tura, forming a tsardom in northern Novaya that would last until his son wed Ivanka Nosov, daughter of the Grand Duke of Novaya.
