Mescalina
Mescalina Acosta was a Half-Elf zealot of the Order of Sarastro. After being left by her fiancé Nekrotzar , she became a Warlock of Levistus, with intentions to steal the archdevil's power and ascend to immortality alongside Sarastro.

Personal history
Mescalina was born in Breughelland in Y1091. She was the only daughter of half-elves Akhvin and Daliah Acosta. Akhvin was one of the Sons of Sarastro, who replaced his elder brother Charmaine Acosta in the priesthood after his 1094 murder. Dahlia was the younger sister of the Duke of Adamant, who converted to Sarastranism sometime in the mid-1080s before marrying Akhvin.
Because of her mother's wealth and her status as an only child, Mescalina grew up wealthy. From a young age, she showed an aptitude for following the strict rules of Sarastranism and a pronounced ambitious streak. Most around her agreed she was destined for greatness, either as one of the rare female priests of the religion (called Daughters of Sarastro) or as the wife of a powerful figure like an apostle.
In Y1107, she was introduced to the high-profile Aasimar Astradamors Nuramour (now known as Nekrotzar Oakenheart) through her mother's friendship with his mother, Klytaemnestra Nuramour. They began courting and were unofficially engaged by the time they left for their mission duties in Urbana al-Sona.
In Y1110, while on her mission trip, she discovered Nekrotzar's diary and threatened to use it to out him as gay to the other disciples. When he fled the mission program shortly thereafter, she attempted to track his whereabouts, and eventually found rumor that he had signed a contract with Levistus. She ingratiated herself to the archdevil to gain access, all the while telling the rest of the church that her fiancé had been possessed by a devil she sought to defeat. As she gained trust with Levistus as a warlock in his employ, he gave her access to more and more power and eventually sent her to track and kill Nekrotzar and his friends.
Mescalina failed on her mission, and Levistus was ultimately defeated by the Heroes of Cape Hildegard on 6 January Y1111. Once Mescalina figured out what had happened to her patron, she returned to Breughelland and claimed to the elders that she had overseen his defeat through clever espionage and holy guidance. Shortly thereafter, she was engaged to Sarastro, and planned to help him achieve his final goal of attaining godhood.
Sarastro and Mescalina's wedding, during the Tears of Isis Flow ceremonies on 10 February Y1111, was interrupted by the Heroes of Cape Hildegard and their allies in Fiend's Bane. She was personally slain by Nekrotzar.
