Agi

I'll use whatever means necessary to maintain the newfound peace in Omari. I will not tolerate what happened in the past reoccurring if I have any say in the matter.

They are part of Omari's Dragon Council and the founder of Agi's Scales. Agi is a their true name. Novosha is the name of their non dragon identity.
Most of Omari's citizens believe they disappeared in (year) with all the other council members. In reality, each dragon is now hiding in plain sight to maintain the ruse and massive cover up Agi put forth at that time.

Physical Appearance

Agi is 6'2 tall with an average build. They usually maintain the same human form. Their skin is light and covered in numerous scars. They have short white hair with opalescent highlights. Their eyes are a dark blue.
As a dragon, Agi has opalescent scales that shimmer in the light. Their irises appear to be a constant swirling of every color. Both horns are rather short and grow straight upward. Their wings are tattered and were injured during an event that debilitated each dragon in some fashion or another.
Due to the wing and back injury Agi has mobility issues. They use a levitating wheelchair along with carers as needed. It's easiest for them to maintain a human form, even if they weren't intentionally hiding.

Personality

Agi has a calm and stern demeanor. They're fiercely protective, even if it means using methods that appear bad or cruel. They have a strong desire for knowledge; their preferred hoard is a mixture of books and collecting stories / information from others.
To maintain appearances, Agi is usually friendly and inviting towards the general public. They love the people of Omari, but after past events their patience grew thin. Agi is willing to do anything to keep things under their control.

Early Life

Little is known about Agi's past and in the current era, the truth about their life in general. Like the other dragon guardians, they were born on a draconic plane. In a move to pay off a debt to Uxali, the leaders of their realm offered Agi and the others to act as guardians when they were young dragons. This effort meant to allow Omari's deities to ease up on their involvement with the mortal realm.

Strife

The first several centuries went well for Agi and company, until the era of strife occurred. Fighting broke out between several groups. Most of this era's conflicts occurred due to humans not satisfied with their lack of certain abilities and shorter life compared to others.
This era ended after the dragon council dealt with a threat to Omari. A splinter group of humans summoned a monstrous creature hoping it would turn things in their favor. Once freed, the being went on a rampage and turned on them.
To protect the world, the dragons fought the monster together and barely managed to banish it once more. This event caused each dragon various disabilities. The fighting persisted after this and Agi just wanted everything to cease.

The Wipe

Agi managed to obtain Uxali's Will and use it to enact their grand plan. It was a struggle with their new injuries, but they persisted. Agi pushed the staff to its limit.
After using its time stop ability, Agi proceeded to set up a hidden network on each island. They had to keep pushing and renew the ability well past its usual limits. This would take a toll on both the staff and Agi. Once the arcane sphere were in place, Agi set the final steps in motion.
Draining the last ounces of energy from the staff, themself, and their dragon companions, Agi activated a world wide modification of memory. They stored everyone's memories of the last era and any lingering ill thoughts within the new crystal network. This acted as a reset of sorts and everyone affected would be none the wiser.
After this, the staff vanished into the ether where it would be lost until its reappearance later. As the time stop began to wear off, the dragons struggled to hide. They barely survived, but eventually healed and laid low from then on.
Not knowing how long this would last, Agi created their Veil. It was their means of ensuring this massive charade would last. There would be individuals that weren't affected by the wipe. Other folks would manage to regain their memories one way or another. Agi would do their best to deal with them in varying ways to keep quiet or be disposed.
