Nahrzan
Home of Shek Amzhil , Overlord of the Tribes of Talbor. While he rarely interferes in skirmishes between the tribes, all tribes pay tribute to Shek Ahmzil. Occasionally, disputes are brought before him when, for various reasons, tribal members wish to resolve some matter peacefully. This usually occurs when allies find themselves at odds over misunderstandings. But generally, he concerns himself with more serious matters- he directs his own men to deal with dangerous beasts that threaten herds, and rallies tribes to cohesive action in times of invasion from beyond the Talbor's borders. He is both beloved and feared, considered by most to be just, and wise.
