Haram Bay Foundry

This large building on the outskirts of Haram Bay specializes in creating cannons to be used on ships. The building itself is wooden with large open sides that allows a lot of air flow, so as not to cook the workers inside.
The foundry has it's own dock east of Haram Bay where trader can bring in iron as there are no iron mines on the islands. The work in the foundry can be dangerous, and more than one person has been killed while working.
In addition to the building where the castings are done, there is another building that is officially part of the foundry, up on a nearby hill. This is the alchemist's shop that makes the gunpowder for the cannons.
