Vitus Jebreru

Vitus Jebreru is an Elven Alchemist that works for the Haram Bay Foundry. He crafts and created gunpowder that is used in the cannons that foundry make and he also sells the powder for use in loading guns. In addition he sells more common alchemical items and a few of his own creations.
Vitus is an unusual elf, almost balding, and portly, traits rarely found on elves. He has a tendency to talk to himself even when others are around. His skill as an alchemist are evident though as his powder tends to stay active even in moist conditions and almost never goes off, regardless of how mow magic is bring used around it.
There are rumors that he was a member of one of the academies and was kicked for unethical work. He came to Haram Bay as he had difficulty finding work due to his reputation.
