Mental Trauma
In his first life, Harvey was taken under the wing of the Elder Elliot Makris as a teenager, who trained him to be a "revenge machine". Elliott's methods were abusive and removed most of Harvey's empathy, cultivating him into a tool for vengeance.
Intellectual Characteristics
Harvey has excellent spatial awareness, although that is hindered by his dyslexia. This helps him with animation and graphic design, and he is also great at reading maps, although he has problems with orienting himself and giving directions.
Morality & Philosophy
Harvey's morality has been skewed by living with Elder Elliott in Galilea. While he did show some desires for revenge before meeting Elder Elliott, the Elder exacerbated them further while he trained Harvey. This means that Harvey can hold grudges against those that have wronged him for a very long time because of his inability to forgive. Harvey is also willing to punish those who've wronged him, even though he knows he'll feel guilty afterwards.

Motivation
Harvey wants to fix the mistakes he made in previous lives, as a result of training under Elder Esteban in his first life. In his current life, he learns that he didn't stop the Order's operations in the past, so he wants to stop them for good, so they don't hurt anyone else.
Vices & Personality flaws
Harvey's main flaw is his desire for vengeance. If someone wrongs him, he can hold a grudge and can't forgive them. This is because Elder Elliott didn't necessarily give him any opportunities to forgive anyone, as he was raised solely to take revenge. However, this doesn't always excuse his actions, even if he makes it one. His vengeful personality can drive people away but also attracts dangerous people to him.

Harvey is extremely charismatic and humorous, so can get everyone in a room to pay attention to him. Although he has a lower self-esteem than most, he can still get quite cocky.
