Session 6 - The Riders

General Summary

While unconscious, Skinny “dreams” of the red-haired woman again. He sees himself looking pristine and new, and finds himself calling out the name Angela, before he is awoken by an enraged Hamilton's gunshots.
Maddie Beck has one of her men, Johnson, come take a look at Skinny. Since Johnson is a Servo, he is able to look over Skinny and get an idea of his status. Johnson is able to tell Skinny is emotionally struggling, and tells the party as much. With their end of the bargain held up, Maddie Beck tells her men to head into the carriage to take 200 gold worth of loot. Eleanor is upset by this, and Sasha attempts to find some kind of deal, but fails.
Hamilton finally steps up and threatens Maddie Beck. He is able to intimidate her enough to leave it at 150 gold from Hamilton and call it good. Afterwards, Maddie Beck saddles up with the rest of the group and ride off.
After some time recuperating, Eleanor determines that Peanut is too injured to travel that day. The group rests for the night. Everyone discovers that Hamilton wounded himself on his shoulder, and he insists that he can’t be trusted with his weapons.
Skinny and Sasha go for a walk, and Skinny lets out his feelings of confusion and anger. Sasha tells him it’s okay to feel that way. Skinny asks Sasha to train him to fight, and Sasha agrees to help.
When the two go back, Eleanor says she also wants to be trained. Sasha agrees to train the both of them, and everyone heads to bed.
The next morning, the group heads out on the road. Everyone talks with one another about how they’re feeling, and help one another feel a little better about themselves and who they are. Hamilton feels more comfortable, Skinny feels more in control, and Sasha feels more at ease.
