Mnemone
Flickstitch Mnemone, or just Mnemone as he prefers to be referred to, is a S'aue oil mogul and the mayor of Onset-1.
Built in Genesis Engines, a prestigious workshop based in Goptone Junction, Mnemone is a jovial and above all else (as he likes to repeatedly remind those he deals with) reasonable S'aue politician. He believes that there is much to be gained from a mutually beneficial relationship with humanity and the Arachnitha, offering representatives of both species unrestricted access to his city and maintains an open borders approach to immigration.
In fact, he so trusts in his vision that he has allowed the founding of a human owned and operated workshop, Cogburn & Sons, in Onset-1 which has begun constructing new S'aue of high standing. What sets them apart from other such workshops is that they accept commissions from all S'aue social castes, much to the displeasure of the rest of the S'aue Empire. Mnemone has, in fact, come under fire for this lax approach towards what the empire considers S'aue secrets. Some have even gone so far as to accuse Flickstitch of treason and demand for his immediate decommissioning.
A philanthropist and inventor at heart, Mnemone funnels a lot of his considerable income into his personal projects as well as the construction of decent workshops in cities and settlements where none exist, doing his part to alleviate the plight of the lower social castes. This is seen as him overstepping his boundaries by some, as the S'aue Empire is not very flexible when it comes to its social caste system, but Flickstitch does not care and has in fact put forth several legislative motions for the boards consideration which would effectively abolish the caste system entirely in favor of a new, more democratic system of social order.
So far, these motions have received no support from the rest of the board, but Mnemone keeps on trying, spurred on by his vision of a better tomorrow.
