Tarniq Seraf
Vicious bastard, he isn't one of us and hasn't been for years now. He may use our weapons and techniques but that is where the similarity ends.Tarniq Seraf is a human assassin working in Kaechaek who is a former Spook, trained in their order as a child. Tarniq notably was excommunicated from the order when he chose to take contracts killing monsters as a Hunter and then was found taking contracts to kill human beings with The Bright Concord. Tarniq is known to wield a brutal and barbed Spooks silver chain smithed to cause as much pain as possible. He does not wield a spook's staff and instead has a pair of dark blades. He also possesses the regular spooks superstition equipment. Tarniq is an intense and dark individual who notably has glowing red eyes that allow him to use magic and enhance his Spook rituals to use against others. He has built a fearsome reputation as an assassin in Kaechaek and has also been contacted by The Hamassa Guild for work... though he claims to work for a higher cause than that faction. Esmerae managed to spy on a meeting Tarniq Seraf had with Sinnich Uldyne and learned that he had a hand in the destruction of Viktor. Tarniq is currently in Evecrest, speaking to Spook Killian
