They are a prodigy, young, committed and they see everything. No wonder Emperor Honour trusts her above the others.Observer Carrow is a firbolg investigator for The Ceaseless Observers in Kaechaek. They joined during the inception of the faction and have quickly shown to be an unnaturally skilled investigator despite having no magic to assist their work. Carrow is a young and enthusiastic woman who has long sloping ears and an unruly head of red hair that makes her fairly recognisable, along with their proclivity for wearing vests to combat the heat of South Kaechaek and the scars dotting their arms that no one knows the origin of and that Carrow hasn't revealed due to their unwillingness to be publicly acknowledged. Currently Carrow is leading the investigation into The Dream Veil in Sanctuary though progress has been especially slow.
