Aberrations

Aberrations are the general descriptor for all creatures that are not native to the material plane, and do not fit any other classification. It is mostly used for creatures that are believed to originate from somewhere in the Astral Sea, such as Beholders and Mind-Flayers. Aberrations have not been the subject of significant research from the Arcanic Order, as they are preoccupied both trying to reclaim the knowledge of the Golden Age, and gaining knowledge on the largest threats to the Empire
