The Royal Staff of Ancient Power is proudly held by Baxter and Angela as Earth’s Grand High Royalty of Ancient Power.
It has been long foretold that The Mystical Immortal Community of Ancient Magic set something in motion. Whatever it was, most agreed to call it a decree. And when it comes to pass, the whole community is pleased.
While it is powerful, it is also dangerous in the wrong hands.

Description

The Royal Staff of Earthly Power is said to be the most elegant of all staffs. And it is covered in gold.
It is five feet and ten inches tall. Stripes of three colors (Green and Blue and Purple) go from bottom to near the top where crystals are. On each alternating stripe words appear.
In Latin, the phrases begin with Everlasting Hope and Loving Kindness. Eternal Protection and Life to our Majesties comes next. Wise Council and Long Life to All appear at the end leaving one more for the phrase, Peace Be to this World and Its’ Allies.
Right before the top are crystals blessed by the gods and all life from the mystical side of Earth. On the top, a sacred Rainbow Aura Quartz Ball floats slightly above as each member of a species surround it for protection, strength, and grace in times of war and in peace.

Powers and Abilities

New Background Powers of Baxter (not technically powers)

Mythical Plane Lordship over Ancient Power and Personal Domain or “Monarch's Territory”: Angela and Baxter have authority over the Ancient Magic of Earth. This means they are in total control if need be over The Mystical Community of Ancient Magic.
This includes all of the Collective Congress of AEP (Legendary Guardians of Childhood (minus 9 Gods of Ancient Power) and Species Leaders, The Council of Mystic Isles Community, and the Royalty of Peoples First Continent and their wizards (The Wizarding Council of Advanced Masters of The Ancients). They know much and can sense much over the whole planet. It is now that they are The-Powers-That-Be.
They possess control of everything on Earth and in Mystic Isles.
Magic and Ability Bestowment/Giving and Title Bestowal: It was at their wedding that Angela is given her powers due to it being known that Angela and Baxter are Earth’s True Mystical Heart and Rulers of AEP.
Angela has fulfilled the first part of her chosen destiny as Baxter did many years prior. They are both rulers of AEP in its’ entirety. Baxter now has added powers and Angela has received everything he has, power-wise.

New Background Powers of Baxter

Realm Connection (Not limited to just Angela and Baxter): The Collective Congress is able to link and unlink (or open and close) a gateway to other dimensions, universes or realities. In reality, they have only connected to other universes and dimensions. These other connected realities lead to exchanges of ideas, forces and even people.
They didn’t open them alone, however. It is with help from the entire Collective Congress.
Realm Closure (Not limited to just Angela and Baxter): The entire Collective Congress has the ability to close off their realm from others to prevent any Dark Magic or any wars from interfering with their realm. This is only used as something that is world-threatening. So far, everything is good.
Portal Creation “Portal Generation/Materialization, Interdimensional Gateway, and Wormhole Creation/Generation” (Not limited to just Angela and Baxter): The entire Collective Congress has the ability to create portals to use between Earth and other realms. This transport system allows the entire Leadership of All Realms to gather and talk about issues facing them.
These portals are usually connected in a very neat manner.
Portal Negation/Destruction (Not limited to just Angela and Baxter): The entire Collective Congress has the ability to close off their realm from others to prevent any Dark Magic or any wars from interfering with their realm.
Dimensional Travel “Dimension/Realm Hopping, Dimensional Jumping/Traveling, and Realm Travel” (Not limited to just Angela and Baxter): The entire Collective Congress has the ability to go between different dimensions. They also could choose to cross over different planes of existence or travel across various forms of reality, including alternate universes/other earths or even pocket dimensions.
Tempus Infinitum “Time Leap/Jump, Chronoportation, Temporal-Teleportation, Temporal Travel” (Absolute Level) (Not limited to just Angela and Baxter): The entire Collective Congress has the ability to enter into other periods of time. They can go back or forward in time. The study of this phenomenon is called temporal mechanics but alternations can cause, among other things, alternate timelines or realities.
Illusionary Environment “Environmental Illusion Generation or Environmental Illusion Creation/Projection and Illusive Environment”: (Not limited to just Angela and Baxter): The entire Collective Congress has the ability to cast area-effect illusions that alters the appearance of their environment, mostly to hide things from view. These environmental illusions can either be purely sensory and mental or truly occupy physical space.
