Baxter starts out being a young Human who goes through childhood and in later years, comes to be a big brother to many children. Even going as far as providing testimony in child custody cases. His loving sprit and his early-grownup logic led him to become someone they trust and confide in.
The adults see him working part-time and volunteering. His humility and kindness did not go unnoticed! People spoke of him as a terrific example as an honest, positive influence of society. And many expected great things after Baxter graduated high school. They knew that Baxter had a bright future!
When his parents died, Baxter received such massive support from the community that he thanked each family or leader in person. He was given a free stone for his parent’s grave because of his work throughout the town.
Becoming rich did not change his humble background. What it did was open up opportunities for him to use his wealth, opportunities that spread his money to be of assistance to any cause which needed it.
Most rich people or royalty (in popular culture) are normally portrayed as self-centered, egotistical, narcissistic, and completely detached from lower-class citizens. But Baxter is completely the opposite.
At his core, his gifts of love and hope for others are what propel him forward and give him reason to live each day. His loyalty to both serving Humankind and his loyalty to the Mystical Community is part of his core being. He was loyal, during the older years, to the children in the community.
Baxter takes the work-life balance, also known as work-play balance, seriously as he wants to remain in the optimal condition to be who he was chosen to be.
As a grieving survivor of murder, Baxter is hesitant to outright call the killer, evil in the cruelest sense of the world. Does Baxter forgive him? Not for the act but does so to find peace. Baxter did ask the judge to sentence the killer to an appropriate amount of time in a medium-security jail.

Baxter as The Prime Merlinean
The Prime Merlinean is an extraordinarily powerful mystical being who is a direct descendant of Merlin's bloodline. His power comes from the Ley Lines and the belief in Earthly Magic. And yet, you could say that Prime Merlinean is an ancient figure made long ago to ensure that Light will rule over Earth's Mystic Community. Its’ creation was made possible by the Six Major and Three Minor Earthly Magic Gods, Spirit of Ancient Earthly Magic and the Holiday Spirits, and the community reaching far back as Atlantis and Lemuria.
The Prime Merlinean is the only one of Earthly Guardians of Childhood that does not need items of magic while performing magic.
It was him who was the main person in returning Magic back to the level it was. Thus, all Mystical Monuments and magical items power up again.
His powers are greater than many in the community but his full range of power remains to be seen. The current and only known incarnation is Baxter Jevon Oran Claus.
Baxter as ½ of Earth’s True Mystical Heart
Created by the Six Earthly Magic Gods, Spirit of Ancient Earthly Magic, and the community and announced by Goddess Gaia/Mother Earth, it is an ancient spell here from long ago to ensure that Light will rule over Earth's Mystic Community.
It came true as Prime Merlinean Baxter married one of the first-born children who came from the beginning of the New High Age of Magic. The current and only known incarnation is Angela Holly and Baxter Jevon Oran Claus.
There are no active powers associated with it.
First Royal Family of Two Worlds: Ancient Power and Christmas Magic
Created when Angela and Baxter Claus took up the mantles of Mother and Father Christmas after already reigning as Ancient Power Royalty. Upon their assuming of both mantles, they became Keepers of Ancient Power and Christmas Magic.
The First Royal Family of Ancient Power and Spirit and of Noel Magic and Spirit is the bloodline of descendants from Baxter and Angela. It combines the powers of Santa Claus and Baxter’s powers and status as Prime Merlinean/Guardian of Childhood.
It was in the New High Age of Magic that only this could happen! And it happened before the Light Magic came to vanquish the Dark!
The current incarnation includes Angela Holly and Baxter Jevon Oran Claus as the head of the household. Their children are Princess Katherine Mary Ivy Claus and Prince Stephen Arthur Christopher Claus.

Royal Mystical Objects for Baxter
Ancient Power Staffs and Objects
There is a combo prior to Baxter’s birth. The Ancient Magic Staff/Amulet Combo was given to Nicholas as he enters The Guardians of Childhood.
The Power of Earthly Magic Staff is the first known staff of Ancient Power. It is also the same staff used by Merlin and was held in trust by Ancient Power for his descendants, specifically the Prime Merlinean. This staff tells all that Baxter is the Chosen Messiah/Powerful Saviour.
It grows more powerful throughout the series. The first time is when more Power returns and the last is when Spirit of Dark Magic is defeated.
After some time passes, Baxter receives the Mystical Light and Life Staff. It is the second known staff of Ancient Power.
The Ancient Magic Staff/Amulet Combo combines with the Mystical of Light and Life Staff. A voice is heard (Ancient Earthly Magic’s Spirit) proclaiming that this is the new staff of Ancient Earthly Magic.
It is this combined staff that gives it its’ nickname, the Royal Staff of Ancient Power proudly held first by The High King and Queen of Ancient Earthly Magic (Father Time and Mother Nature).
It is only when Baxter and Angela come to be Earth’s True Mystical Heart that Father Time and Mother Nature proclaim them as the Grand High Royalty of Ancient Power and turned this staff over.
The Gal-Drune Altra is an ancient mystical object from the time of Atlantis and Lemuria. Back then, it was known as the Ever Soul Staff AKA Staff of Divine Gift. The Seven Great Sorcerers of the Ancient Magic and Civilizations World were given from Incantus and Isis Mystic. Ikaros explains that before their home had sunken, most of the mystical energy had been transferred into the staff. Only could it be unleashed by the seven with a spell!
And there’s Baxter and Angela. Are they truly ready to wield this much power?! All sense that there’s much power in them and in the planet. But they ask both some questions. Ikaros has the siblings' interview one then the other.
All see that the Light has chosen well! After the seven deliberate, Baxter and Angela are granted the staff. The couple, and specifically Baxter, is believed to be this Divine Gift.

The Prime Merlinean Outfit consists of a wizarding robe of many colors that is of ancient Celtic Welsh design. His feet are covered by brown boots. This was used for official State Functions and Occasions.
As king of The Royal Family of Ancient Earthly Power and Christmas Power, Baxter wears the Rainbow Suit and Tie (which glows with Mystical Aether) and over it is the Dual Royal Mantle symbolizing his lordship over both realms. On his head, the Dual Crown of Ancient Earthly Power and Christmas Power (inspired by the UK’s Imperial State Crown) shines brightly with Magic.
Baxter normally wears this (as of his marriage to Angela) for official State Functions and Occasions.

Sleigh and Christmas Reindeer (Flyers)
As per the Santa Claus Prophecy, The Father of Noel must keep at least eight reindeer for his Noel Deliveries. However, there is a herd of reindeer at his disposal. The vast number of reindeer up in the city are all able to fly and this allows many things to get done.
The sleighs at the Pole have been historically given as gifts and yet most are on display at The Belief of All Things Christmas Spirit and Magic Museum of History and Artifacts. When the Parliament or Christmas Sleighs are needed, it is up to the sleigh elves to make sure they are ready.
Kept with the sleighs are a reindeer harness and reins (each matched with a particular sleigh). Nicholas wanted and got bells on them. This nine-piece set was used on many trips. It was re-discovered that after Magic returned to full strength, the reindeer could stand in front and be connected to the sleigh without physical reins.

Baxter gained his wealth by finding gold from the Old Thompson Family Mine. He only came to be famous when he wrote the book about his incredible luck and what it allowed him to do when he had nothing prior. It was this newfound life in the spotlight Baxter never really wanted! Nor the credit! But he did it for the town.
Baxter used his wealth not only for the town, but he used it on the nine strangers and opportunities that spread his money to be of assistance to any cause which needed it.
It is unknown how much he had at the beginning. By the end, he freely gave his money to another account which was set up for use by the city council committee.
With his wealth, we know Baxter built his mansion in Clermont Ridge.
On his huge property, there is a grand mews. It is here that he has several carriages stored (one green, one in Christmas Colors, another in Rainbow/Multi-colored, and maybe some others), and owns some of the finest horses seen in West Texas.
There are two other stables. One was the small reindeer stable from Santa as part of the early present for Christmas. The stable looks like Christmas inside and has room for food and reindeer tack and a sleigh. This was on the opposite side of the house from the horses and pegasi. The other was a horse stable for the pegasi.
Both are these are not known to his staff until later.
His money is used to purchase a huge ranch in Montana. The former Biltmore Estate in Asheville, North Carolina was also purchased as his third house. It is named Baxter’s Forest and Mountain Mansion.
It is highly likely he bought some property outside of America. Yet, this is not known to be a fact.
