Santa's Toy Factory Compound

Santa’s Toy Workshop Compound is the original toy workshop of Santa Claus built in 350AD and it is often called the Original Heart of Christmas. It was created using both Christmas Magic and Earthly Magic (now called Ancient Earthly Power). Christmas Magic was a new sub-set of Ancient Power back then.
Now, it holds one of the highest regards in the entire realm.
Nicholas and the entire mystical people made it come alive so he can do what he was destined to do. Which is what, exactly? Santa's Mission is to give every child Love and Hope. He does this in the form of toys. It helps to allow them some happiness in times of wars, death, and destruction.
Nicholas, the sixth Ruler, operated out of this for 1,500 years. Until it was time that Christmas Town had to redefine itself in 1845.
Hidden from and eventually forgotten by them, the compound was now lost to the ages. Nobody knew why but it came to Baxter in a dream in 2020 and The Clauses and he ventured into it with Baxter getting a tour. Here, he also finds a room prepared for AEP to return. He was given The Mystical Light and Life Staff and books hoping that AEP could return.
In 2025, it was brought back into working order and elves started working there again.

Description of Santa’s Workshop Compound

The Claus Toy Factory the North Pole is quite a large settlement. That’s not a surprise since Christmas is a pretty big operation in itself. The community here helps Santa Claus ready the gifts for Christmas Eve. The biggest building here is the workshop and home combo. In this clearing, there are also dormitories for elves, reindeer stables, and a sleigh garage or coach house.
It is described as small but there are plenty of distances to walk off a meal! All buildings are wooden with stone at the bottom, invoking a sense of history for those that see it when AEP returns.
This compound was created with all architecture looking as Christmassy as possible. It is unique in that it combined elements not created until much later. This means that no matter who created Christmas Traditions, Nicholas and his helpers had all decorations before the world.
The Claus Clan and Rulers know not how this occurred. All surmise this was destined to be and left it at that.

The Buildings of Christmas Town

Buildings here are not many but each has an important part to play. The workshop makes the toys so Christmas Magic is restored for another year. The house part, with an office, gives Nicholas a place to live and work.
The reindeer stables (multiple of them here) and elf dormitories give them a place to live. The sleigh coach houses allow the elves to store and fix them.
There is also a big kitchen and bakery later on due to how much space they need. And also, greenhouses for trees to replant and for food to grow.
