The Grand High Royalty of Ancient Power and Christmas Magic (later the Dual Royal Family) has so many duties0
.
The first is which are called engagements. These vary from meeting the heads of the states to taking trips abroad to strengthen diplomatic bonds.
Heads of state meet bi-annually. The first meeting is Rulers and Collective Congress of Ancient Earthly Power. The Great Christmas Parilament comes next then both Multi-Realms Councils.
At various times of the year depending on the circumstances, Their Royal Majesties (and Their Royal Highnesses when born) will go visit Atlantis and Lemuria for a royal conference of Earthly Magic. They will do the same with Auradon.
A diplomatic visit to Mystic Isles also occurs.
Baxter will also host diplomatic visits. Usually, these do not happen after September. On a few occasions, this has happened but there have been only until October.
As the Royalty of Ancient Power, One of the family's duties is to lead the Summer Solstice Ceremony. They are responsible for returning some mystical energy or Aether back into the Earth (aka Ley Lines and the Mystical Monuments) to further preserve it.
As part of Christmas Royalty, Baxter and Angela are in charge of overseeing the entire North Pole in their mission which started with Santa Claus.
Their engagements are the two meetings Baxter to ensure the continuance of Christmas Spirit and Ancient Power!
Responsibilities
The Dual Royal Family are responsible for overseeing the entire realm of AEP and the sub-realm of Christmas Magic, a holiday under the umbrella of AEP. Their responsibilties to both Spirits involve them being extremely busy.
As Royalty of Ancient Power, their responsibilities revolve around the amount of belief of the Ancient Spirit. If it gets too low, the Ley Lines and Mystical Monuments would power down. The Royal Staffs/Objects would cease to function.
Their responsibilities also require them to rule fairly over the entire Ancient Power Mystical Community. Their friends help them accomplish this.
As Royalty of Christmas Magic, their responsibilities revolve around the amount of belief of another spirit, the Christmas Spirit (which is one of the Holiday Spirits).
The main responsibility is to make sure Joy, Hope, Love, Peace, and Faith endure. The whole valley (both Hearts and Plane of Christmas Mystics) is powered by this spirit. As does Santa's Christmas Eve Journey Around the world.
If it gets too low, the Valley and Cavern would power down. The Christmas Royal Staffs/Objects would cease to function.
Their responsibilities also require them to rule fairly over the entire Christmas Beings Mystical Community. Their friends help them accomplish this.
Accoutrements & Equipment
As Queen of The Royal Family of Ancient Earthly Power and Christmas Power, Angela wears the Royal Dress of Lights and Rainbow-Aether. And over the dress is her Dual Royal Mantle symbolizing her lordship over both realms. On her head, the Dual Crown of Ancient Earthly Power and Christmas Power (inspired by the UK’s Imperial State Crown) shines brightly with Magic.
She normally wears this for official State Functions and Occasions.
