This treaty is a pact of interdimensional peace, unity, hope, and love made between the sovereign states of Earth’s Mystical World (the ancient civilizations of Atlantis and Lemuria with Realm of Ancient Power), Mystic Isles and Auradon, It also includes the Gods of Ancient Power and Earth’s Mystical Elders-Ever-Wellspring Mystic Realm.
Legally-binding, this pact was ratified by Baxter Baggs. Then it was signed by all representatives throughout the worlds. Angela is watching this happen as her final paper and grade.
Both original treaties, The Worldwide Declaration of Mythical Rights (WDoMR) (the mythical world’s document similar to UN’s Universal Declaration of Human Rights), and the Mythical World’s Transportation and Crime Laws all exist on their original paper in the Ancient Power Archives.
There are copies of all of these in every location.

Why Written
This treaty was written after establishing and developing many friendships. It exists as a formal proclamation of hope and peace, love and unity, and the Light/Goodwill they stand for. This treaty did proclaim that these united peoples of multiple realms all join together to fight against the Darkness.
Those later identified with this treaty include Seren Azurine Moonwhite, Lamech Goodness-Light, Minerva Blaze Itarum, and Angela and Baxter’s future descendants.
Signers of Treaty
This document was by signed by the Six Gods of Ancient Power and Mystical Elders from Magic Realm, Earth’s Collective Congress of Ancient Power, The Royalty of Earth’s Ancient Civilizations (Their Most Royal Majesties of Atlantis and Lemuria), and The Community of Mystic Isles Conclave (their leaders). Their Most Royal Majesties of Auradon (The King and Queen of Auradon) sign last.
But the five leading experts and highest magical beings on Auradon Magic (aka Five Mystical Users of Auradon) are there as well.
