Triskelaw
While most commonly used as the collective term for the trio of Sphinxes who rule over The Eternal Justice of Astropor from atop the crystal spires of The Radiant Citadel, it can also refer to the three absolute laws imposed upon the Weepers upon their arrival at God's Eye Bay.
I. Law of Mastery - Each soul will have sovereignty, and belong only to itself
II. Law of Magic - Mortals will bare witness to the miracles of magic but may not manipulate it or hold it for themselves
III. Law of Measure - Each person will, barring accident or malice, live to orbit the Sun 100 times, No more and No Less
