Randall's Point
Established originally as a trading post for the entire region, it wasn't was until after the war of the Final Toran Expansion concluded that this town became well-known and influencial.
It was setup as the center of government for the Joston Federation of Independent States to have diplomatic discussions, and it eventually grew rather large. A neutral city-state that serves as the focal-point of this federation of self-governed cities, Randall's Point is crucial to keeping the peace and unifying its neighbors. It stays neutral in all conflicts, and essentially serves as the capital of the many governments that make up the Federation. Dissent is frequent, but even in times of war between cities, Randall's Point is always treated as a demilitarized zone. To attack another within these walls is to provoke the wrath of every other city within the Federation. This is the largest city in the region, with a diverse population compared to its neighbors.
