ERA DATE: 2946 SR (14099 DR) Established originally as a trading post for the entire region, it wasn't was until after the war of the Final Toran Expansion concluded that this town became well-known and influencial. It was setup as the center of government for the Joston Federation of Independent States to have diplomatic discussions, and it eventually grew rather large.
