Final Toran Expansion
The Empire of Tor invades the Plains of Rafwal, beginning the Final Toran Expansion conflict. The Empire's aim was to conquer the Republic of Gwenn.
Tor took control of the entire Plains of Rafwal, and encroached deep within the Republic's Hills of Solace, before being beaten back. A huge turning factor was many of the city-states that were conquered secretly began working together against the Toran occupation forces, emerging as a strong union: the Joston Federation of Independent States. Suddenly fighting a war that surrounded their forces, they were forced to sign a ceasefire and withdraw all forces. Later on, after a peace treaty was signed, control over Fort Richter was transferred to the Federation as a sign of goodwill.
