The Kingdom of Gotha was founded in the year 850 by
Ulthar I Strongborn. It used to be ruled from the city of
Gotha but has changed its capital to Odessa after the defeat of
Eric I Strongborn. By now it is a shell of its former glory and could better be described as a federation of the Stormcloaks
, the
The Night's Watch and Odessa under the nominal leadership of the Odessian Strongborn king. The kingdom of Gotha is characterized by its sturdiness due to its Nordic influences. In the West rule the Horselords of Whiterun
, while in the East the rugged soldiers of the
The Night's Watch patrol the Wilds. It is a proud nation that does not easily bow to any foreign ruler. The Dragon has always been the crest of the Kingdom, referring to the prevalence of @Dragonborn within the royal line and the @Dragon Cult, which used to be the main religion of the country.
Views on Magic
The Gothics are weary of the practice of magic, generally only accepting local hermits & druids or members of the Dragon Cult. The Gothics were famed for the art of Witch Hunting, where magic-practitioners were either subdued and sold to the
Inquisition to be recruited, or publicly executed to frighten mages.

At the head of the Kingdom stands the King of Gotha, generally a member of the Strongborn family. Below him is the council of Jarls, which each hold their own territories. As the influence of the Gothic King has faded, only the Stormcloak Jarldom remains, with the Night's Watch acting as an autonomous allied vassal.
The Gothics are heavily influenced by nordic-culture, especially in the Rhudaur and Edaur. The people are tough and are united by the tales of the Strongborn Kings. Gothics tend to hold grudges against the Myrtanians of the
Kingdom of Myrtana and are generally non-accepting to strangers. They tend to firmly hold onto tradition.
The Gothics wish to grow in wealth & stature, keeping a firm grasp on their wealthy conquered territories found in
Corinth
