Cosmology
The cosmology of Morn can be divided into three layers: Morn (the material plane and the Elemental Planes, the Upper Planes, and the Lower Planes.
Morn and the Elemental Planes
Morn, also called the material plane, sits at the centre of the cosmology. Morn is not a planet; it is a flat plane with a clear top and bottom. The top, above the skies, connects with the Upper Planes. The Bottom, at the base of the Downworld, connects with the Lower Planes. The Elemental Planes can be visualised as sitting in a ring around Morn. The four elemental planes were originally created by the gods as a place for the four primordial titans. The elemental planes were each built for one of the titans, either as a prison or a sanctuary for them depending on the warm-blooded or Draconic pantheons. Either way, the four planes were originally empty, but once filled with the raw power of their titan, became the elemental planes. Also in the material plane are the realms of Silvanus and Morrigan, the Bright Moon and the Dark Moon respectively. These two realms were moved into Morn during Creation. While the other Interloper Gods are prevented from interfering in Morn by being forced to stay in the Lower Planes, Morrigan is kept at bay by her constant struggle in the sky with her brother Silvanus. The Upper Planes
The Upper Planes sit above Morn and contain the five realms of the Creator Gods:- Arcadia, the realm of Tyr
- The Vigil Fane, the realm of Antheia
- Tabernaculum, the realm of Vulkannon
- Brightloom, the realm of Solene
- The Endless Archive, the realm of Chronos
The Lower Planes
The Lower Planes contain the realms of the Interloper Gods and sit below Morn, connected via the River Styx at bottom of the Downworld.- The Nine Hells, the realm of Asmodeus
- The Infinite Abyss, the realm of Fomora
- Palladium, the realm of Minerva
- The Whispered Woods, the realm of Nox
- Castalia, the realm of Tychra
