Dyalne Dulye
Viran Dyalne Dulye (a.k.a. Lothrim's Daughter)
She is generally regarded as the most dangerous human alive. A renegade Wizard who has access to several powerful arcane artifacts, including an Earthmaster Ring of Domination, a relic said to have been possessed by none other than Lothrim the Foulspawner. She controls Orc Kingdoms and colonies, as well as evil-minded wizards. She is an expert manipulator. Some say she has influence over many of the Harnic Kingdoms, rich and powerful.
The reason for Dyalne being named renegade has not been disclosed. It is speculated that she was involved with some nefarious plot or caught stealing prohibited arcane and earthmaster relics from the Guild of Arcane Lore. Regardless, she was denounced by her twin sister Eilyn Dulye in 712TR and fled the Primary Chantry of the Guild of Arcane Lore never to be seen in Melderyn again.
She is actively being hunted by the Order of the White Hand, as are her many associates, other wizards she has turned to her side either by persuasion, duplicity, or magical charms. She is also believed to be using magic to extend her life and disguise her identity.

Dyalne is a very old human who is believed to be using magic to extend her life or become younger.
She also has access to magic to modify her appearance and uses various alias.

Motivation
Unclear.
In the past Dyalne was a proponent of the Kingdom of Melderyn and argued that it should play a more active role in guiding the affairs of the neighboring Harnic kingdoms. She believed they would eventually merge into one large state and directly threaten the Wizard's Isle, so she recommended that they be kept weak and distracted. However, to Dyalne's frustration, the Council of Eleven and the crown rejected her plans.
More recently, she has instead focused on researching Lothrim the Foulspawner, his lost empire, his magic, and above all, the nature of his Orcish minions. She now commands serval orcish kingdoms and manipulated others behind the scenes.
