Mirror of Mystery

On the very top of a mountain in Meinland sits a giant mirror. The story goes when people have walked through it, a number of mysterious things happen. Upon touch the face ripples and sets again. Some have walked right through only to find themselves on the other side of the mirror. Other have not been able to walk through at all and acted as some kind of barrier for them.

When a group of researchers tested the mirror's capabilities, one was appointed and dared walk through with a life line attached to him. Strangely, only the cord came back and their colleague was never seen again.

This mountain has a pasture and surrounding the giant mirror is a circular bed of water.

Localized Phenomena

The area around the mirror has not been touched by weather or natural occurrences. It's as if there is a barrier around it, protecting it from anything that might come in its path. Perhaps the water around it has something to do with that? Over the years as the world naturally shifted, it sits on a kind of rocky pedestal. Surrounding it is lush green pastures. No one has been able to claim this land due to supernatural events.

Animals of all kinds seem to rest here without concern. Both predator and prey seem to relax and there is no sense of aggresion anywhere. Even people don't have a heart to kill on this sacred land.

Fauna & Flora

This mountain is teeming with life and beauty. Without a Mother Tree to be seen, researchers have pondered how this land is so prosperous. They soon found out that this place is sanctified by something. No abominations have been found on their many excursions in studying the area.

There is a cave enterance in the lower part of the mountain. Here lay Miria's Treasures of all kinds from her artistic formations which are useful to kin-souls:
