White Lion

A Sacred Place of Rest

Since magic and technology have flourished, we have been able to discover something we have never seen before. The whole of Mirror Mountain resembles a white lion. Its chest has an opening, a cave of many resources. Looking from above, its head is a pasture of lush green which a giant mirror sits upon. Kind of like a crown. However, on closer view, one would not be able to distinguish the lion-like mountain.
It is not known who made this giant monument and it is unfathomable if any kin-souls would be able to fashion such a height and width. Some say it was done by illusion magic, to make it appear as though the mountain is a statue. Others say it must have been done by something alien, something unknown to us. Perhaps these beliefs are easier to understand and less fearful.
Organizations have tried to stake claim on this massive monument, even countries, but have failed. There seems to be an invisible barrier surrounding the statuesque monument. That or a certain kind of person or people are not to step foot upon this sacred site. It is not known if there is already a ruler or owner, but some animals can be seen roaming on it. It begs the question, why aren't kin-souls welcome on it? And if so, what type does the person need to be in order to tread foot upon it?

Purpose / Function

Unknown to the people of Miria, this statue's purpose is to further the house of the White Lion. To welcome those of an honest heart to walk and rest on this monument land. If any Sojourners of Light have been able to get through its barrier, it is not public knowledge.
