Duchy of Aflington

A province within the Tuvocan Empire.

Culture

Aflington is the oldest of the provinces within the empire, and its people have a bit of a colonial attitude towards the other provinces, despite the hundreds of years of their existence. The capital, Sunhall, was one of the earliest settlements of what were the early nomadic human tribes that came from the east near The Spine.

Assets

Aflington's position on the coast affords multiple cities access to the ocean. Furthermore, the protected nature of the Trirose Cove protects the port cities and town from all but the worst storms and makes it difficult for adversarial fleets to approach. Several major ports are located along in the interior of the cove. 
Multiple castles dot the landscape, all the way from the Stormy Cliffs in the west to the Voiceless Slopes in the east.
