The Conclave of the Frost Scrolls
The Conclave of the Frost Scrolls, most commonly called The Conclave, is a loosely connected web of scientist and mages in North Velkas, most active in Kingdom of Vilender, Elchner and Askevel, though has a presence on several human, dwarf and gnome populations of the area.
Besides of being one of the most prestigious scientific communities on the area, it is rumored that these elite organisation covers up more unsaviory individuals and plans to get dominion of the area. None of these rumors are confirmed, though.
Name of the Conclave mirrors the discovery of the legendary Frost Scrolls, which was believed as the as event that gave birth to the organisation.
