Bravehearts
Bravehearts are a knightly order in the Republic of Amaever, funded by the government. Instead of being filled by government officials and military personnel, members of Bravehearts have been chosen due to their talents to receive public recognition through a membership. While some members might have political roles, most of them would be considered civilians. They are also known to employ adventuring parties.
Members are often experts on a particular field or have unusual talents, were they intellectual or otherwise, though most members are scholarly by nature. In times of need, the members are contacted to share their talents, knowledge and experience to aid in matters that typical governmental member would be unable to. This can include anything from simple consultations to creating expeditions or defeating unusual threats.
