Reinhard

This is a syndic, or perhaps just wealthy VIP in Brillig. After Kaleb set out to repair tools and other items damaged in the fire during the confrontation with the Flagellants, Reinhard's servitor took note of him, and invited him to his master's house, to repair more tools. 
There, Kaleb met Reinhard. The main took an immediate liking to him, and asked him if he would like to serve as his Heinzelmensch. Kaleb expressed some interest, but said that he intends to stick with Manfred, his traveling companion. However, Reinhard offered Kaleb some soup made of a freshly killed chicken, and a pie, and invited him to return with his companions the following day. He also praised Kaleb as someone who does what he wants when he wants - a lifestyle Reinhard claimed to champion.  
Kaleb returned with Manfred, Narcissa and Winifred the following day. When questioned about his past, Reinhard admitted that his wealth was inherited, and indicated that his family were administrators in a faraway kingdom. He then questioned Kaleb's companions in turn. He asked Manfred about his studies, and inquired how his hand-to-mouth existence on the road was better than fleeing into the woods to pursue a life of full freedom. He asked Narcissa about her experiences in Fallsmar, and with Prince Laurin. He seemed especially intrigued with Winifred, and she seemed smitten with him. He invited her and others to join the followers he was recruiting to leave the life of toil and duty behind. Though she and Kaleb seemed intrigued, eventually, all the guests said they needed to return to the citadel to attend to their duties. Reinhard didn't insist they stay. 
Reinhard is a young, attractive man in shoulder-length red hair and sparkling blue eyes. The moniker "Boss" is not he or any of his servants used, but was coined by Kaleb as he described him to his friends.
