A Captured Ratman

This wererat served at the gatehouse at Brillig's northern gate (it is not clear for how long). When Sigisar couldn't persuade him or his partner to admit a throng of people who had followed Reinhard out into the woods, back into the city, he, with the aid of Manfred Kühl and Edmon, attacked them, killing one and taking the other prisoner. He then dragged the wererat back to the citadel, facing fire from wererats hidden in various garrets along the way.
Once back at the citadel, Sigisar intended to torture the wererat for information, but Manfred stepped in, and magically compelled him to speak. The captive told them that there were 100 wererats in the city, give or take, that they received support from some of the city's oligarchs and merchants, that there were various locations around the city where they had stashed grain, and that as far as he knew, there were no wererat spies inside Schloss Herbstfroh itself.
Sigisar then killed him.
