Rooktown Pantheonic Temple

The Pantheonic Temple in Rooktown is sparse but well maintained. Having seen a flurry of activity during the War Against the Darkness, life has returned to the quieter, comfortable pace as is the norm within the Donneshire Hills. As is normal in Pantheonic Temples altars to the various gods are set up around the perimeter of the building.   Built many years ago by Pantheonic missionaries, the temple at the edge of Rooktown does see traffic from a small number of halflings, half elves, and gnomes within the Hills. It is also frequented by merchants and travelers who come off the southern road looking for aid or sanctuary. It is cared for by Mother Caldeus, an older Halfling priestess of Silph-Mallene.   During the war Mother Caldeus worked tirelessly to help the sick and injured who made their way into Rooktown. She is happy to see the return of peaceful days and spends her time maintaining the temple.

Architecture

Like other Pantheonic Temple, the Rooktown temple has a large domed roof.  At ground level and around the perimeter of the dome are a number of nooks and altars to the various Gods of the Pantheon.
