Ilserock
Ilserock is the second ancestral home of the Von HughGraven family. Located just outside Vicksburg, it is recognizable by a lone peaked spire surrounded by high walls. It is currently the home of Baron Thomas Von HughGraven.
Primarily by design, Ilserock's lone spire radiates a pervasive sense of gloom on the surrounding countryside and the nearby town of Vicksburg.
Ilserock was (naturally) the scene of the Battle of Ilserock, where both Baron Lothar Von HughGraven and Duke Herkemer Von HughGraven lost their lives.
Alterations
Years ago the peaked roof of Ilsrock's spire was augmented with a platform that raises and lowers, giving access to the elements outside.
Architecture
Ilserock is comprised of a lone spire surrounded by a wall with a courtyard and a number of small out buildings. In its courtyard is a shrine dedicated to Empterion, the God of Death.
