Physical Description
Identifying Characteristics
Though his form is constantly changing, the stars in his eyes remain the same and help to identify him.
Special abilities
Morre is at his most powerful when in dreams. The Land of the Resting changes depending on his will and is a part of him; however, it does retain fragments of everyone that has passed through. He can connect dreams together, change them, communicate through them, and end them as he chooses. He can also take things from dreams, ideas, and representations of the mind, and use them as real objects. In practicality, he can conjure anything from dreams. In order to access the waking world, he must first enter the dream and be invited into the dreamer's mind. Then, he will control them until they next fall asleep or he chooses to relinquish them. The Dream Walkers will have starry eyes and yield to his power.
Apparel & Accessories
Morre's cloak helps him pass between realms unnoticed and conceals him from the minds of other gods. Other than that, he has few other tools, because he can usually transform or create whatever he needs from what there is around him. He can see the possibility in every object and has the power to realize that possibility.
Mental characteristics
Personal history
Morre's origins are unknown. He came to Earth during the time of the Third River and delivered the prophecy of the coming of humanity. But his lineage is unclear. Most assume that he is the son of Amárië. He first came down under cover of the first darkness and delivered dreams to the gods of the land. The dreams helped build his kingdom, where he resides in the Land of Mind. He built his palace first and then the land around it.
Sexuality
Morre is just as fluid as the dreams he represents, and just as fickle. He's had numerous lovers, and though his love is slow to develop, it is terrifying in it's heat and passion. He is devoted to his partner, but can hold grudges for millennia.
Morality & Philosophy
Morre is not beholden to normal rules of morality. His temper is swift and violent, and he is known to be prideful. However, he is endlessly devoted to his duty and can be a loyal guardian to sleepers and dreamers, as well as to his loved ones.
Relationships
History
Lanvie appeared to him as a mortal, and they fell in love. Eventually, Morre took him to the land of rest, but he started causing trouble and stole a fragment of his cloak. He was then banished.
Nicknames & Petnames
To Lanvie, Morre was his only ally in a time of abandonment. Though he cared for Morre, he cared for himself more. Morre fell in love with Lanvie's wit and sharpness and would have married him had he not been betrayed.
