Krolle's Tower
Krolle, the infamous resident of this structure, fled here after his discovery as a Mage. In hours he went from the paragon of the city to it's foremost criminal. Every attempt to dislodge him was unsucessful, but the city's defences were not compromised - indeed, no one could get near.
Architecture
The tower from the ground to about 3m above wall height was constructed by the City under Token and Krolle. The floors above this height, and the roof were constructed by Krolle and his two servants during his occupation. While the structure was reputed to have been constructed overnight, documents found recently suggest that shipments of stone were delivered over a period of at least a year.
The style of the upper stories reflect the requirements of a serious practitioner in Magical arts - although they have subsequently been amended as the residence of the Captain-General of the Watch.
History
Started some 4 years after the foundation of Gathetoken, Krolle's Tower was not complete in 526 when it was taken over by Krolle. He occupied the structure, with two servants, for 32 years until he vanished in 558. His defensive magics ceased at the time of his disappearance and have never been renewed.
