The bay has a large harbor chain system and a military fortress with mortar towers to take down enemy ships.

Industry & Trade

The exports are spices and paper. There's quite an underground market for the oceanic game brought in from Naucti traders and hunters. The black market thrives at night when seedy characters come to roost.

Assets

There are several large warehouses that get rented out to smaller companies by the local government, they are known as the largest collection of spices in one spot anywhere in the world. Its tariffs bring in an estimated 1/10 of Mordesent overall income.

History

Originally it was a simple fishing village belonging to a now long dead civilization before being colonized by the Vitras Empire in which large swaths of surrounding areas were poached of natural resources in its first dynasty. The second one began using its mordern Cendites techniques.

Points of interest

At the intersection of Filigan and Speel is a massive statue of the chained twin oni of Raiden and Janissary who were trapped there via the inprisonment.

Architecture

Most of the city's residential structures are built into local businesses and other places. The government building is Senratu palace, built on which is a small dungeon with attachments to Roku.
