With Noveaulyon completely liberated by Brotherhood forces, former Senator Jacques Garcin returns to his home of Noveaulyon and with the help of local resistance forces, drafts up the first version of the Democratic Principles of the Modern Age, which would later become the Confederate Systems of Lordania's constitution.
