U'Ovai Villalobos

U'Ovai Villalobos (2236-2299) was a Vissite human. The former Director of Communications for the Unitarian Communication Department, which during the reign of the People's Republic of Lordania was the hub of secret internal communications and tactical discussions. It served to unify all 11 planets of the Cluster in terms of communication. They were more prominently known as The Operator, responsible for commanding and coordinating the Vidento Eight which was a collection of high-ranking individuals within the PRL that opposed the largely fascist and violent tactics employed by the Consul, Leonard Percy and his cohorts.
Following the discovery of their complicity within the Resistance, Villalobos escaped to The Brotherhood, and a trial in absentia was held in which Villalobos was sentenced to death.
Following the collapse of the PRL in 2280, Villalobos returned to their native Visser to help in the restructuring of the Government. They advocated the creation of a unified Lordanian State and opposed efforts by both the SCL and the CSL to divide it.
Villalobos died aged 63 on Visser due to complications related to surgery. They are buried in the Visser capital ofTauriyanunan.
