Leonard Percy
Leonard Percy was the Consul of the People's Republic of Lordania. Largely seen as a fascist demagogue, Percy seized power during the 2260 economic depression. Winning elections as a national populist, Percy's Unitarian Party took control and transformed the First Lordanian Republic into a one-party military state. He was killed during the Lordanian Revolution, by The Brotherhood.
He is widely regarded as a villainous traitor, and the most hated man in the Lordanian Cluster.
