Speed
Gotta Go Fast, Faster, The Fastest.
Even though he has stated to never regretting who he gave it to, and how it was often used to the people of Lislow, Dlisn also did not greatly agree with Lord Kiri Jashmoto at even the smallest of things, which is possibly why it was one of the last made and never completed. While most of The Pieces were completed by Dlisn at one point to another, this one never was and Dlisn has shown disinterest in even inspecting it again.
Its creation is rumored to have actually been an accident, a side-effect of Completing a different Piece. He salvaged the mistake by fashioning it into earrings when it did end up being a marvel of reality-warping power. One he greatly feared what could be done with, if its drawbacks were ever removed. The Piece grants the wearing bursts of unnatural, inconceivable, and often incomprehensible speed. Originally it was thought to be Enhancing the wearing, but after years of its use and being investigated, it's clear that they do not change the wearing, but warp reality itself around the wearer, not just making them perceivably physically faster, but also allowing them to think at that same speed. The duration and velocity of the speed depend entirely on the user's BuringPool and experience with it.
Due to the extreme things its user can do, which have been recorded to be things as killing hundreds of fighters in the blink of an eye, crossing the continent in moments absorbing the knowledge it would take a normal person sometimes years, it has the unfortunate drawback of draining it's users BurningPool very quickly and it's used lays heavy physical strain on the user's body, thus constant or long-term use is not advised.

History
Giving a Piece to the King of the Munraite was a very controversial move on Dlisn's part, as they were still seen greatly as the tyranical overlords the previous rulers were known to be, but after fighting beside Lord Kiri and helping him revolt against the previous monarchy, he felt that at bare minimum, it would level the playing field against the Talthorians, whom the Munraite were holding the borders against. Dlisn was proved right as over time Lord Kiri was known to be a much more gentle and kind ruler than the previous and made great strides in making operations towards those wronged by his empire, often with his own two hands and the use of his Piece.
Though a toll was paid as Lord Kiri was aged and nearly destroyed his body over the years of using it, and by the time his empire was safely situated in Lislow's political game, and his people risen out of despaire, his body was wrecked beyond repair and he could no longer be as active as he wanted.
Locking his Piece away for decades, Lord Kiri was happy for it to remain safely out of anyone elses hands, less it be used in any way other than how he did, but it was stolen by his daughter as she fled the Munraite Empire to Sun'seir to get out of a diplomaticly arranged marriage. While Lord Kiri was enraged at first, he made his Piece with the next generation taking it and allowed it to remain in her hands.
Significance
Speed was made as an afterthought, but it by all means not only united an Empire but healed the relations and grudges against the Munraite Empire as its King used it openly and constantly to aide and make reparations towards the Tetraite, Waelsaung, and later even the Exhaul'd. Even later as it was used by a wandering hero who became a Vindicator and thus cemented it as an Artifact of good and its users as heroes and champions of the people.
