The Cauldron
The Cauldron is a high plateau in the eastern Silver Mountains ringed by tall peaks all around, hence the name. It has a high elevation and a dry and sunny climate, unlike most other places in Leanor. Some say that the Cauldron looks like a crater where something very large and heavy struck the earth and squashed the mountains under it, piling up the excess around it. Because of that, it is sometimes also referred to as the Crater.
Due to its relatively high elevation and dry climate, the area of the cauldron hasn't got too much flora and fauna aside from some particularly resistant or highly specialized species. On of these specialized species is the Cauldron Lizard.
