The Twenty-Two
The Twenty-Two are the core deities of Laan, and make up the faith of the majority of motral kind. These deities have inspired the tarot decks in Laan which are used to tell fortunes. Even though many who attempt to tell fortunes are not magically-inclined, the gods may intervene and make things happen in mysterious ways, or cause the direct opposite to happen if they're feeling particularly cruel.
Temples to each god except for The Fool can be found all throughout Laan's mortal realm, where mortal kind leave offerings and pay reverence to these gods of their world for a myriad of reasons. Whether it be a thankyou, a plea for some kind of guidance or an offering for evil to pass them by.
