The God of the Mountain

Enliel is god of thunder, the mountains, and wild beasts. He is sometimes seen as creator of the world. Enliel’s cult often builds shrines high up on mountains and holds worship rituals during intense storms. They typically hold a “might makes right” kind of worldview. Strength is seen as the path to truth. Enliel is thought to bless his followers with strength from the mountains, as he has done with the mightiest of beasts like the lions, bears, and dragons. Enliel is typically an ally of Marabal (though not always) and Fenrierys. He is also sometimes paired with Achaeral as an ex-husband (the two are typically seen as now having a tense relationship. Enliel almost always hates Diatana and Arjunda, but his feelings toward Gnotsis are often indifferent.

Blessings: Tier 1: Gain +1 Strength and +1 to armor rating. Gain 1 d4 devotion Tier 2: Gain +1 Strength, +1 Constitution, and +3 to armor rating. Gain 3d4 devotion Rituals: Kill a mighty creature. Place this creature at the top of a mountain or hill. Roll a luck check. If you pass, lightning strikes the mountain and you gain +2d6 shock damage to all attacks, +3 to armor rating, and +1d20 to hit dice for 72 hours. Miracles: Twilight of the Thunder God (DC 10) Devotion cost: 200 Lightning strikes all opponents around you, dealing 3d20+character level damage to each. God of the Mountain (DC 8) Devotion cost: 100 You deal double damage for the rest of combat, but also take double damage. Gain 1d20+constitution bonus hit dice for each time you’ve used this miracle until the end of combat (e.g. if this is the first time you’ve used God of the Mountain, gain 1d20, if it’s the fourth time, gain 4d20) up to 10d20. The devotion cost of this miracle increases by 10 each time it is used, up to 200 devotion. Stoneskin (DC 17) Devotion Cost: 500 Gain +2 constitution and +5 to armor rating permanently. Gain 1d10 health. You are immune to shock damage and electric damage types. This miracle can only be performed once.
