Personal history

Rolf Rolfson was born the second son to Rolf Rolfson, who was the third son of Rolf Rolfather. Rolf's older brother was also named Rolf Rolfson, and his younger sister was named Rolfa Rolfson.
His Becoming proscribed a seaborne raid on the shores of Shelor. Rolf personally sacked a Ionian monastery and slew three of its monks. Laden with loot, the raiders sailed away with prestige and honors.
As an adult, he joined the Stonecutters Society and became fascinated with the giants' runes. He developed a reputation as a credible runecarver, and eventually began roaming to perfect his craft. He ranged south to examine the scattered corpses of the fallen giants dotting the landscape across the Great Grass Ocean. He settled in Sacqueline, though for how long is anyone's guess. Rumor has it that he found a cache of the giants.
