Village of Easthallow
Fisherman's Haven
The Village of Easthallow rests upon the east coast of Ember Lake with a river named after the village flowing through its heart. Known for as long as anyone can remember as "Fisherman's Haven", the village is famous for the variety and quality of the seafood that can be caught in both the lake and river. Recently, an earthquake has shaken the village, and the Easthallow River which once flowed into the Lake of the Peaks now flows into a vast rift in the earth. Just beyond the newly formed rift rises the terrifying Mount Asmodeus, a long-dormant volcano from which smoke now rises, and the people of Easthallow fear that a great eruption may soon threaten their lives and their property. Investigators from Capital City of Kord and curious folk from across the kingdom have descended upon Easthallow since Mount Asmodeus began to stir, boosting local business but also disturbing the normally peaceful village.

Quite diverse. Easthallowers are mostly human with a good number of dwarves, elves, halflings, and gnomes.
Government
Lord Henry of the House Lacheda, a Lord of Kord, rules the village, with only King Paolo Sorrano above him in terms of authority.

Geography
Easthallow is both a lake and river village nestled in a valley at the feet of the Easthallow Hills. Where the village's buildings end, a bountiful forest begins which expands into the hills.
