Anstead
Anstead marks the point of first contact for the Feuyan settlers of Kima. It is the capital city of Chema, and following the unification of the regions into one entity, the entire kingdom. The Senate, Council of Magistry, Historians Society, and many other major organizations meet here.
Demographics
The majority of Anstead residents are Feuyan, and on the wealthier side of things. It's expensive to live in the city, and most low-income workers either live outside of it or live at their place of employment or in workers' barracks. Most of the permanent residents have jobs in the political, magical, scientific, or administrative spheres. All of the senators, apart from the province representatives, live here, as well as most of the guild leaders. Of course, Anstead is also right next to the Artaan Keep, where the Empress and Chema's main military force are located.
Infrastructure
The city sprawls across the land, and even reaches into the Artaan Anchorage with floating buildings and walkways. This is where the poorer residents live, while the wealthy reside within the walls. There's been talk of extending the city underwater, which would be a massive feat in magical engineering.
