Feranour Tu'rainen is the current Head of House Tu'rainen, the chaos-aspected house within Galasthin's noble ranks. He is an enigmatic and eccentric fellow who dresses somewhat oddly compared to the majority of his fellows, with his behaviour following suit. He is often described as capricious by those who don't know him well.
The deaths of so many of his children have affected Feranour greatly. He leans into the hysteria and trickery that his house's aspect represents far more than has ever been expected of a house leader. Those that know him well fear that he drowns grief with hilarity, and worry for the day the floodwaters cannot overcome the mountain beneath.
