Some adventuring parties are bound for greatness, each member chosen for their skills and strengths, building a team that could take on any quest or any problem. Others are thrown together, created due to proximity, gathering anyone who was around the moment the defining storm hit. These cobbled-together parties may survive, slowly learning each other's strengths and weaknesses, using that knowledge to excel when surely they would fail. It is these parties that are left from the legends, but sometimes their absurdity, along with their obscurity, make them the topic of a Bard's limerick or ballad.
The Meddling Misfits was one such party, gathered together by necessity and a quest for little more than a bag of gold for a day's hard work. Early on, there was little in terms of leadership, even less in terms of teamwork, but eventually, failure and necessity dictated they succeed, even when the odds were fully against them. Their successes did not go unnoticed, as the forces at work within the world recognized their strengths, even when they had misread the signs, and began working to stymie their progress.
The story of the Meddling Misfits is yet to be complete, their travels far from over even as the group has split into two, each tracking down part of a mystery that adds to the whole. Those with great ties to the divine now lead the wayward groups, granting guidance to those who once squabbled amongst themselves. The tale of these meddlers is one of death and destruction, survival against the odds, yet success when it counted, and a found family that has mutual respect, even when one is placed in the armor of the great bear.

Becoming a medic led Dray into places he had never expected, causing him to sometimes trade the scalpel in his hands for wraps to protect his patients with his fists. All his wayward travels and fistfights have led him to join up with the Misfits in an unconventional place.
Gehrman & Percy
The black sheep of a noble
Elven family, this misguided doctor seeks to alleviate all living things of the most elusive disease of all: death. Wielding the power of necromancy in service to
Drasil, Gehrman and his childhood pet crow seek to defy fate.

Near
Gravel Docks is where the group splits up, each following its own mystery.
Arina and Gehrman became the leaders of each group.

Great Plains
Arina's group heads to the
Great Plains, following the mystery of the Seven and attempting to thwart their sinister plans.
Nice. That's a large party though. :-o
It's two separate groups with the same players. So different people play depending on work schedules but its fun to see the interactions and letters sent between the two groups.
